The festival will be held near the village of Leopolodov, Pohorska Ves in the south-west of the Czech Republic and it can be easily reached by train from Prague or Vienna or Frankfurt. The trains are inexpensive and tickets can be booked online. You can check timetables here.
There will be a special bus on Friday the 21st July at 6pm from Kaplice station to the festival. It’s also possible to get a taxi.
If you come by car you will park in the field opposite Brauer Camp in Leipoldov and you can see photos and more info here: https://roadjunkyfestival.com/welcome-to-the-festival-of-creativity/
If you’re flying in the closest airports are Prague, Frankfurt, Vienna and Katowice but only a little further away are Bratislava or Budapest which have cheap and frequent bus connections to the Czech Republic.
Check out Google Flights for cheap flights.
Just bear in mind that there are lots of ways to get there so it might be that you can fly into Berlin, Krakow or Zurich and then catch a cheap train, bus or car pooling connection to the Czech Republic and the festival!
Hitchhiking is easy, too..
